Ronald Hyatt Jeremy, AKA the “Hedge Hog” is the most recognized adult actors in the world, having appeared in over 2,000 films and ranked number one by the AVN in their “Top 50 Porn Stars of all Time.”

In addition to his accomplishments in the adult business, Ron is a best selling author, philanthropist and entrepreneur.

A New Yorker, Ron was born and raised in Queens, New York by his father Arnold a physicist and his mother who was a book editor.

Ron attended Caradoza High School and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in education and theatre and a master’s in special education from Queens College in New York.

Ron is often called the “Hedgehog” a nickname given to him by Bill Margold in 1979 after being caught in a blizzard riding a motorcycle to the set of “Olympic Fever” without adequate clothing. The conditions chilled him to the point of hypothermia. After being rushed away to a hot shower, the transition from cold to hot left his skin a deep red and his hair standing on end.
